At Bask, we believe wedding planning should be about so much more than checking boxes off a list.
I’m here to take the overwhelm off your plate, help you make decisions when there are approximately 4,000 of them, and bring all those ideas you’ve been saving on Pinterest and Instagram to life. And while I love a good spreadsheet and a very detailed timeline, I really love the creative side of what I do.
That means we go beyond the typical planning checklist. We’ll help you curate the perfect rentals, stationery, signage, wedding website, design details and all the little pieces that make your celebration feel completely like you. Bask couples also get priority access to our curated collection of decor rentals, plus 25% off our rental collection — which, if you ask me, is a pretty fun perk.
Ultimately, there’s not much I won’t happily get involved in. If it matters to you, it matters to me.

An overview of what it's like to work with me
It all starts with a meet & greet call. We’ll get to know each other, talk through your vision, priorities and what you’re dreaming up, and make sure we’re the right fit. From there, I’ll pull together your custom proposal, contract and invoice. Once it’s signed, it’s official — welcome to Bask!
01: LET'S MEET
You’ll receive an introductory questionnaire for you and your partner to complete together. This is where I get a glimpse into who you are beyond the wedding what you love, how you want the day to feel, your priorities, your design style and all the little things that make you, you. This is where the magic starts.
02: GET TO KNOW YOU
We’ll kick things off with a planning call to review your questionnaire and map out the direction for your wedding. We’ll dive into venue, vision, budget, priorities and vendors, creating a clear roadmap for everything ahead.
03: LET'S MAKE A PLAN
Through my trusted vendor network, I’ll source and recommend the best of the best for your day. We’ll build a dream team of talented, trusted professionals who understand your vision and work together seamlessly to bring it to life.
04: BUILD YOUR DREAM TEAM
This is where we really get into it. Design, layouts, timelines, stationery, guest flow, guest experience, logistics and everything in between. We obsess over the details so you don’t have to because the little things are what make a wedding feel like yours.
05: THE DETAILS
As the big day approaches, Kaylee and her team take the reins. We build out the rehearsal and wedding day plans, finalize setup and service requirements, create detailed timelines and conduct a full team briefing so everyone knows exactly where they need to be and what they need to do.
06: THE FINAL PLAN
Then it’s time to let go and enjoy it. Kaylee and her team execute the plan from start to finish overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, handling setup and takedown, troubleshooting anything that comes our way and making sure every detail is exactly where it should be. You, your friends and your family get to be fully present for the good stuff.
